He develops a full work plan before starting providing options if requested and adheres to the agreed upon plan. I would recommend him without hesitation. Andrew (Hetland Construction) refinished our basement, added a bathroom, boxed out our furnace, added a closet, sheet rocked our HVAC ducts, added ceiling lights and resurfaced our ceiling (it looks like new!).
